YOU ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN HUC 99

Aims and Scope -
Symposium Themes -

Truly personal handheld and wearable technologies should be small and unobtrusive for access to information and computing in most circumstance. Complimentary, environment-based technologies can make artefacts of our surrounding world computationally accessible, and facilitate use of everyday environments as ubiquitous computing interface. This symposium will bring together researchers and practitioners from different communities to explore links and synergies between personal and environment-based technologies, with thematic focus on "Interaction with Environments", "Information Appliances" and "Handheld CSCW".
